Everything you need to know before you order, in one place.

Ordering & payment

Choose your piece, colour and size, then place your order on this website.
You receive an order reference and bank transfer details. No card details are taken on this website.
Your order is confirmed once full payment, including delivery charges, has been received. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
Use your order reference as the payment reference so the atelier can match your transfer.

Each piece is prepared in 8–10 days after payment is confirmed. This is preparation time, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Islamabad pickup and local delivery are complimentary.
Other cities in Pakistan ship with Leopard Courier at Rs. 500 per outfit.
International delivery is reviewed and quoted separately before you pay.

Pieces come in S, M and L. Size charts are garment measurements, not body measurements.
Choose made to measure and share the measurements you know. At least bust, waist or hip is needed.
The atelier reviews every made-to-measure request before confirming it.

When you order, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and any email, order note or measurements you choose to share. These are used to review, prepare and deliver your order.
Payment is made by bank transfer. No card details are collected on this website.
The Ask the atelier assistant is an AI shopping assistant. Your messages are used to answer your question. Please do not share payment details or sensitive information in chat.
We record basic visit statistics to understand how the website is used.
